The ‘Sing along with us’ concert, which you might have found in our programme under the date 10 November and for which some of you have already bought tickets, has changed its format and name to ‘Songs of the People’. Thanks to the funding we have received from the National Reconstruction Plan, we can make this event much more attractive. Thus, in addition to the Sudeten Philharmonic Mixed Choir, the Zazula ensemble will perform. What’s more, the concert will be preceded by the presentation of a new music video featuring our Mixed Choir and a popular science lecture organised in cooperation with the Environmental Education Center Hydropolis. In order for so many attractions to take place on one day, we had to move the time of the concert.
WE INVITE YOU TO THE CONCERT AT 5:00 PM
THE VIDEO PRESENTATION AND THE LECTURE will start at 4:00 p.m
Tickets already purchased for this concert remain valid.
If you are unable to attend the event due to a change of start time, it is possible to return purchased tickets until the end of October. To do so, please contact the ticket office: bilety@filharmoniasudecka.pl, tel. 501 674 397.
Zazula is a Polish-Ukrainian indie folk music band specializing in the technique of “white singing.” In its work, it reaches back to the folk music roots of Slavic countries, in particular from a common Polish and Ukrainian cultural heritage.
The idea, which Zazula has been following since its inception, is to build bridges between the Polish and Ukrainian nations.
