We invite seniors to our philharmonic hall!
On 5 and 6 October, we are celebrating the nationwide ‘Senior’s Weekend with Culture’! This action of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage enables seniors from all over Poland to take advantage of the rich cultural offer in our country and become involved in cultural life.
The Sudeten Philharmonic also joins this initiative and we have a proposal for seniors for a cultural start to the weekend. You are cordially invited to attend the unique concert ‘From East Bohemia to Prague and Vienna’. On Friday, 4 October at 7 p.m., the Sudeten Philharmonic will host musicians from the Czech Republic, more specifically from Hradec Králové!
As part of the ‘Senior’s Weekend with Culture’, tickets for this concert can be purchased by seniors for just 1 PLN! The price is valid for group purchase at the Sudeten Philharmonic ticket office. For more information:

The history of our relationship with Hradec Králové goes back to the founding of the Sudeten Philharmonic in 1978, when the Wałbrzych symphony orchestra gave its first concert in Hradec Králové. And today, it is the Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra with the eminent conductor Vojtěch Spurný and harpsichordist Monika Knoblachová who will play for our Walbrzych audience. The concert will be an opportunity for music lovers to discover lesser-known works by Czech composers of the classical period and those of the present day. It is a real feast for music lovers and an opportunity to broaden their horizons.
